I’m Nothing, If Not Stubborn

download (1)

The walls I’ve built
Are made of stubborn bricks
Very high and invincible
Cannot be taken down
Not even one brick at a time.

My ego just as stubborn as the bricks
Only stands taller than before
My pride carries me forward;
My mind; the world against me
My stubbornness and determination will not be lost.

I’ll fall countless times but I’ll rise again; determined
My ego. My pride,
Are like stains that refuse to be washed away
My stubbornness
Is like a scar that doesn’t fade away.

My heart; holding many secrets untold
Whispers of forgotten secrets; few tales of a chilled soul.
Shall go on fighting life’s battles….
I may not win all,
But, I will definitely win the war…!!
